Does the price on your website include shipping?
Yes! Prices include shipping costs within the US. For international orders, please email before ordering.
How are paintings shipped?
Works on panel and paintings under 45” on any side are shipped in boxes. Works on canvas over 45” on any side are removed from the stretcher frame and shipped in a tube. These paintings can be restretched upon arrival by a local framer.
Paintings listed as being made on unstretched canvas are also shipped in a tube.
If you are unsure if a painting would be shipped in a tube or flat in a box, and/or would like to request the painting to be shipped on or off its stretcher frame, please email chloe@chloemacaulay.com.
I am interested in buying a painting, but it does not have a price listed. Does that mean it is not for sale?
Not necessarily! Some paintings do not have prices listed due to their large scale or complexities anticipated in the shipping process. If you are interested in a painting that you see on the website that does not have a price listed, feel free to email with the name of the painting you are interested in.
Do you sell prints? Where can I buy them?
Yes! I sell prints of my paintings via INPRNT and select prints through Saatchi Art.
Feel free to email if there is a painting on this website that you do not see on either site, and I will be happy to make it available.

Can I buy a painting that I saw on Live, but do not see anywhere on this website?

Works purchased while in progress will not be shipped until finished and dry enough to be safe to ship. Works in progress are purchased with the understanding that they may take much longer to ship.
How soon after placing my order will the art ship?
Most paintings will ship within 1-2 weeks.
